Who is this service best for?
This is especially helpful for out-of-state families, families flying in, or anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of traveling with dorm supplies.
When can we start shipping packages?
Once you reserve your spot and complete payment, you can begin shipping packages to us anytime before your student's move-in day.
Where are the packages stored?
All packages are stored in secure, temperature-controlled facilities to ensure items remain safe and protected until delivery.
Do I need to notify you when a package is shipped?
Yes. We ask that you send us a quick text each time a package ships so we know to expect it. This helps us keep accurate records and ensure nothing is missed.
How do we know when our package arrives?
When a package arrives, we will send you a photo confirmation and log the package in our system so everything is tracked and organized.
Is there a limit to how many packages we can send?
We are happy to receive multiple packages for your student. If you expect an unusually large shipment or oversized items, we recommend letting us know ahead of time.
Can large items be shipped (mini fridges, rugs, etc.)?
Yes, most dorm items can be shipped to us. If you are unsure about a specific item, feel free to ask and we'll be happy to confirm.
What happens on move-in day?
Before move-in, you'll provide us with your student's move-in date and time. On move-in morning, we will arrive with all stored packages and deliver them to your dorm's curbside loading and unloading area.
What if our move-in date changes?
No problem. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can update our delivery schedule.
How do we reserve a spot?

How much does the service cost?
Our service is a one-time fee of $600 per student. This covers receiving packages, secure storage, package tracking, and curbside delivery to the dorm on move-in day.
